Share-to-folder is a share target that saves items shared with it to a folder. It is a convenient companion to apps that only allow to share data, but not to save it. It is also useful with apps that have a user interface for sharing that is more convenient than for saving or copying. For instance, in gallery you easily can use share to sort photos with just 2 taps per photo, whereas using copy would be more cumbersome. * no root is required * folders to which you have shared documents at least once are remembered as shortcuts * for security, sharing to a shortcutted folder is still subject to a confirmation dialog, but you can answer allow always if the target folder is not security critical. * you can browse your list of recently shared folders in the app’s main activity. Red are those that still require a confirmation to share to, and green are those to which you have answered always. You can remove the pre-authorization again in case you clicked always accidentally or made up your mind.

N.B The app doesn't make an entry in the app list: only the share menu. Share files from your phone to one or many, quickly and easily. Just share the item via the Share Menu and a mini web server will be started allowing others to download the file. If there are multiple files a zip archive will be created on the fly. If https://f-droid.org/packages/com.google.zxing.client.android is installed a QR code can be produced with the URL. It will only work if the recipient is on the same LAN if you use WiFI but should work anywhere if you use GSM (2G/3G), though more slowly. The server can be stopped at any time from the screen that shows the URL (press the back button if you're on the barcode).

Sharik is an open-source, cross-platform solution for sharing files via Wi-Fi or Mobile Hotspot. This app allows you to easily send photos, apps, files, text, literally anything, to any kind of device connected to the same network. It's convenient and blazing fast. After selecting a language and going through the intro, you can see the sharing buttons and the history of files you shared on the main screen. You can share images, files, installed apps, or simply text. After selecting the file, you will be shown the Sharing screen. Here you can see your connectivity status (Wi-Fi/Mobile Hotspot) and the URL you need to open on the other device. After typing this URL in the browser and hitting Enter on the other machine, the file will start downloading. Please make sure that both devices are connected to the same network. If you have Sharik installed on both devices, you can simply click the button "Receive" on the bottom panel of the app. After clicking, the Receiver screen will be shown. If Sharik detects another device sharing a file in your local network, it will be displayed. If you click on it, the browser will appear, and the download will start. Sharik is entirely free to use, and it contains no ads. Moreover, its source code is published on GitHub so that everyone can contribute to the development process. Share files and apps using browser. you need the other device to be connected to the same network. Files sent from browser to the app can be found in Sharing/ folder in your internal storage. You will need to send this app to the other device in case you sent an app with split apk files. Make sure you use hotspot to get faster speeds transferring files.
